- Subscription Cancellation: If you have a subscription-based service, you must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Custom Work: Any custom work or personalized digital service is non-refundable once initiated.
2. Refund Policy
- Digital Products: Since digital files are instantly accessible, we do not offer refunds unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
- Service-Based Refunds: Refunds for services depend on the percentage of work completed before cancellation.
- Technical Issues: If a digital product fails to download or function correctly, we will assist in resolving the issue or provide an alternative.
- Payment Reversals: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
3. Refund Request Process
Chargebacks & Disputes: If a chargeback is initiated, access to our products/services may be revoked. and returns.
